Reference is made to the announcement of the Issuer dated 30 January 2018 and the offering circular of the Issuer 

dated 23 January 2018 (the “Offering Circular”). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as 

those defined in the Offering Circular unless defined otherwise herein.

CHANGE OF ENGLISH NAME OF THE GUARANTOR

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Guarantor has been changed from “Xiamen Xiangyu 

Group Corporation” to “XMXYG Corporation”. The Chinese name of the Guarantor remains unchanged.

EFFECTS OF THE CHANGE TO THE GUARANTOR’S ENGLISH NAME

The change of the Guarantor’s English name will not affect any rights of the Noteholders.

The Global Note Certificate in issue bearing the former English name of the Guarantor shall continue to be evidence 

of title to the Notes and the existing Global Note Certificate shall continue to be valid for trading, settlement 

and registration purposes. Accordingly, there will not be any arrangement for exchange of the existing Global Note 

Certificate for a new certificate bearing the new English name of the Guarantor. Definitive Certificates, once issued 

under the circumstances as specified in the Global Note Certificate, will bear the new English name of the Guarantor.

and Mr. CHAN Kwokleung.

As at the date of this announcement, the board of directors of the Guarantor comprises Messrs. ZHANG Shuili, 

WANG Xiaojian, CHEN Fang, LIAO Shize and CHEN Weibin.
